After 2 months of sharing the same living space, I'm finally introducing you to my roommate, Manal. I'm not sure why she hasn't made the blog yet, but tonight we shared our "1 butt kitchen" (as my mom would call it because its too small to occupy more than one butt). She cooked herself dinner while I cleaned my dishes from the Trader Joe's pumpkin bread mix that I made earlier (If you're a fan of pumpkin I strongly recomend it).

Another "one butt kitchen"? Hope your pumpkin bread was good. I am off to my first "big" trip to Trader Joes today. Should be a doosy of a bill I am sure.
We have rain in the forcast beginning today and going through the week. The leaves are falling and our fall color is slowly disappearing. It is a good thing I decided to take your camera and go on my version of a "photo shoot" to capture the beauty of the fall this year. I took your camera on my walk through Laurelbrooke last week before dad left. Got some really beautiful pics. Was disappointed yesterday to see how many leaves have already fallen in one week!! Winter is on its way.......
Hunter leaves on Thursday for St. Louis for the yearbook conference and Rodrigo leaves on Sat. for a camping trip.

Actually, Nashville has a Trader Joe's, not Franklin.....First one in the state of Tennessee!!!!and only about 8 miles up the road. So much fun and I am in heaven. Now I will wait with anticipation for the first Nordstrom to open in 2010and then Nashville will be complete!!!!!!!!Very crowded though, but that is OK. We will have Mandarin Chicken for dinner tonight. Yummy.
